Your privacy is very important to us and this privacy policy will let you know how your personal information is collected and used, both by Schlueter Co. and our clients. We want you to understand our privacy policy so that you are knowledgeable about how we intend to protect and treat your personal information.

The information we collect and use.

In cooperation with and on behalf of our clients, we may collect lists of data, including personal information. The purpose of these lists is to deliver permission-based email marketing programs to those lists. Some of our clients may also provide us with opt-in lists they have compiled and ask us to manage and send messages to those list members using our technology. All lists that we work with are hosted on our servers.

Our email deployment services operate in accordance with this privacy policy to ensure that no sharing or disclosure of list data, including personal information, can occur between clients or to third parties. Each of our clients has contracted us to maintain the privacy and integrity of their list data including all personal information, tracking and campaign performance data.

Sharing information.

We will never use, sell, share, disclose or rent any data supplied by our customers to any clients, prospects, or other third parties.

Cookies and other tracking systems.

Some of our web pages utilize “cookies” and other tracking technologies such as pixel tags for analyzing the “open rates” of HTML email deployments. Pixel tags allow us to identify and count the number of email messages that have been opened by recipients. Collected information is connected to the list member’s personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This information is also used to tailor a user’s visit to client landing pages, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

Security and keeping your data confidential.

We warrant that all customer data remains the property of our customers. We also will not use, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise expose the contents of the tracking information resulting from click through, message opened, message read, or E Commerce conversions. We maintain all customer data in a secure facility protected by firewalls and other security devices.

Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM).

We have a strict anti-spam policy for all of our clients. Our clients are prohibited from sending any unsolicited email messages to people who have not provided permission to receive communications from our clients. Our email campaigns are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM laws.
